چکیده

In the present study, growth and total lipid contents of two oleaginous fungal isolates Aspergillus terreus, fumigatus were compared in different nitrogen organic carbon sources. Artificially fungi cultured on media consisting various mono- or di- polysaccharides peptone yeast extract as elementary sources for nitrogen, respectively. Media containing sucrose /yeast glucose/ most effective production from fungal, during weeks incubation period, highest biomass dry weight was (19.6 , 18.8) g / L (25.8 30.5) /L yield (1, 0.97 )g/L, (0.65, 0.65) g/ terreus respectively then followed maltose/ starch .Analysis fatty acid produced by using Gas Chromatography showed existence a wide range acids, these acids together saturated unsaturated. The results revealed that unevenness composition mainly depends type mono A.fumigatus, A. prove they are good candidate biodiesel production. analysis Palmitic ,Oleic stearic linoleic presence A.fumigatus it is

Persistence versus Escape: Aspergillus terreus and Aspergillus fumigatus Employ Different Strategies during Interactions with Macrophages

Invasive bronchopulmonary aspergillosis (IBPA) is a life-threatening disease in immunocompromised patients. Although Aspergillus terreus is frequently found in the environment, A. fumigatus is by far the main cause of IBPA. However, once A. terreus establishes infection in the host, disease is as fatal as A. fumigatus infections. Thus, we hypothesized that the initial steps of disease establish...
